STUFFED VINE LEAVES 
and Panchetta Appetizer
APPETIZER - Serves 4

Qty Ingredients Needed
250ml Sardo Stuffed Vine Leaves with Rice cut into diagonal slices
  Thin slices of pan fried pancetta
  French Bread sliced on the diagonal and lightly toasted
  Tomato slices (1/4")
to taste Fresh Oregano or Basil
to taste Mayonnaise
 
  1. Spread out slices of toasted bread
  2. Place pancetta slices on bread
  3. Add tomato, and on top of tomato add mayonnaise
  4. Place slices of Stuffed Vine Leaves on top
  5. Garnish with salt and pepper and small sprigs of fresh oregano or basil
  6. Drizzle small amount of Sardo PurOliva olive oil on top to taste
