and Panchetta Appetizer

| 250ml |
Sardo Stuffed Vine Leaves with Rice cut into diagonal slices |

Thin slices of pan fried pancetta |
| |
French Bread sliced on the diagonal and lightly toasted |
| |
Tomato slices (1/4") |
| to taste |
Fresh Oregano or Basil |
| to taste |
Mayonnaise |

- Spread out slices of toasted bread
- Place pancetta slices on bread
- Add tomato, and on top of tomato add mayonnaise
- Place slices of Stuffed Vine Leaves on top
- Garnish with salt and pepper and small sprigs of fresh oregano or basil
- Drizzle small amount of Sardo PurOliva olive oil on top to taste
