
GRILLED GARLIC & TOMATO

- Cut tomatoes in half
- Sprinkle with sea salt, and fresh ground pepper
- Heat PurOliva olive oil in pan over medium heat
- Add minced garlic and sauté until light golden color
- Pour garlic & oil into a small dish
- Oil grill and set for high heat
- Place tomatoes cut side down and grill for 3-5 minutes
- Turn over and top with garlic mixture
- Continue cooking for 3 more minutes
- Remove from grill and sprinkle with fresh thyme and Parmagiano-Reggiano cheese
- Note: Tomatoes can also be prepared in a pan on the stovetop
