Sardo Grilled Portobello Mushrooms |

Hamburger Patties (make your own or purchase ready-made) |
| 4 |
Hamburger Buns |
| 1 |
Sliced Tomato (add color by using orange, yellow or Heirloom tomato varieties) |

Lettuce leaves (Boston or lettuce of choice) |

Dijon Mustard |
| |
Mayonnaise |
| to taste |
Sea salt and fresh pepper |

- Sauté Sardo Grilled Portobello Mushrooms
in a small pan and add Sardo PurOliva oil and butter to heat
- Cook or Grill Hamburgers
- Slice buns and grill if desired
- On bottom bun, spread mayonnaise
- On top bun spread Dijon mustard
- Add a layer of lettuce to bottom bun
- Then add sliced tomato, havarti cheese, and hamburger patty in that order
- Top with Sardo Grilled Portobello Mushrooms and top of bun
