
ROASTED RED PEPPER WRAP
Sandwich

- Brush each wrap with Sardo’s PurOliva olive oil
- Sprinkle with sea salt and freshly ground pepper
- Place a layer of goat cheese slices on top half of wrap
- Place a layer of Sardo Sweet Fire Roasted Red Peppers on top of the cheese
- Add a layer of fresh basil leaves
- Add a layer of red onion circles
- Fold the bottom of the circle up over the slices
- From the side, roll the wrap (if required, fasten with a toothpick)
If desired you can slice the roll or serve as is or, if you're slicing, it is best to chill the wrap for about 30 minutes first
