SUMMER SALAD SENSATION
With caramelized sundried tomatoes and feta

Sardo Caramelized Sundried Tomatoes and Feta |
| 1 small bag |
Mesclun Salad Mix or lettuce of choice torn into bite size pieces |
| to taste |
Sea Salt |
| to taste |
Fresh Ground Black Pepper |
| 1/4 cup |
Sardo PurOliva Oil |
| 3 tbsp |
Chopped Chives |
| 2 tbsp |
Lemon Juice |
| 1 tsp |
Dijon Mustard |

Salad
- Place salad mix in serving bowl
- Add package Sardo Carmelized Sundried Tomatoes and Feta
and toss lightly
- if desired add dressing
- Sprinkle with Sea Salt and fresh ground pepper
Dressing
- Combine lemon juice, mustard, chives
- Slowly whisk in Sardo’s PurOliva Olive oil until combined
