Seafood Salad

SEAFOOD SALAD 
With fresh chives
SALAD - Serves 4

Qty Ingredients Needed
250ml Sardo Seafood Salad
1 small bag Boston lettuce
to taste Lemon juice and zest
to taste Fresh Ground Black Pepper
2 tbsp Sea Salt
 
  1. Core Boston lettuce and wash leaves
  2. Dry leaves with paper towel
  3. Place 2 or 3 pieces depending on the size you want to serve and the size of the leaves, in a bowl or on a small plate to form a cup to hold the salad
  4. Place Sardo Seafood salad in the leaves
  5. Drizzle with freshly squeezed lemon juice and some of the zest
  6. Sprinkle chives over salad
  7. Sprinkle with sea salt and fresh ground pepper
  8. Place a lemon twist on the side and serve
