
SEAFOOD SALAD
With fresh chives

| 250ml |
Sardo Seafood Salad |
| 1 small bag |
Boston lettuce |
| to taste |
Lemon juice and zest |
| to taste |
Fresh Ground Black Pepper |
| 2 tbsp |
Sea Salt |

- Core Boston lettuce and wash leaves
- Dry leaves with paper towel
- Place 2 or 3 pieces depending on the size you want to serve and the size of the leaves, in a bowl or on a small plate to form a cup to hold the salad
- Place Sardo Seafood salad in the leaves
- Drizzle with freshly squeezed lemon juice and some of the zest
- Sprinkle chives over salad
- Sprinkle with sea salt and fresh ground pepper
- Place a lemon twist on the side and serve
