Ingredients

  • 1 pizza shell
  • 2 tbsp. Sardo PurOliva Oil
  • 4 tbsp. tomato paste
  • 1 package shredded mozzarella
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • Fresh oregano to taste
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped fine
  • 1-(250ml)pkg Sardo Pitted Kalamata Olives (drain and reserve oil)

Preparation Steps

Top your favourite pizza shell with sauce.
To make sauce-mix oil, tomato paste, garlic, oregano in a small bowl, spoon over pizza shell leaving a 1/2" border
Add Mozzarella cheese and tomatoes on pizza shell
Using pizza tray, place shell onto tray and bake.
Preheat oven (center rack) at 400°F/205°C
DO NOT LEAVE OVEN UNATTENDED WHILE PIZZA IS BAKING. CAUTION PIZZA AND TRAY HOT.
