Organic Pitted Green Olives

After exploring the ancient ruins in Athens, I was invited into the home of a local friend for dinner. When I sat at the table, the most plump, luscious olives were served with feta and fresh grilled vegetables. I soon learned that generous hospitality has an ancient history in Greek culture, dating back to the stories of the gods. Even today, guests are treated like family and a host will only offer the very best, which always include Sardo olives that are a staple of mediterranean cuisine.
