- 320 g Sardo Premium Select Grilled Forest Mushrooms (reserve oil)
- 4 chicken breasts, cooked
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- Garlic, rosemary, oregano, basil (seasoning)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Add 3 tsp of reserved oil to a skillet on medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts and place on skillet for 10 min, turning over half-way.
- Heat 2 tbsp of reserved oil in skillet.
- Place a chicken breast in the centre of each plate, then pour oil equally over each.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
