Our feta-stuffed jalapeños offer the perfect combination of spicy and smooth — often enjoyed with baguette or on their own. Delicious as that may be, our goal is to help you get creative, so we’ve added a touch of tapenade, a slice of cucumber and a sprinkle of alfalfa. Eat, entertain and enjoy!
- 1 French baguette, cut into 1/2 inch slices
- 250 mL Sardo Jalapeño Stuffed with Feta
- 190 g Sardo Gourmet Collection Sundried Tomato Tapenade
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- Fresh alfalfa sprouts
- Carefully slice the stuffed jalapeños.
- Slice baguette into pieces 1/2 inch thick.
- To each piece of baguette, add a slice of cucumber.
- Add a dollop of sundried tomato tapenade.
- Top with a slice of stuffed jalapeño and garnish with alfalfa sprouts.
