Our Sliced Kalamata Olives are a brownish to deep purple colour.  It’s picked in late fall and is naturally cured to preserve its rich nutty flavour. It’s dense texture is perfect for pesto, olive bread, or simply to enjoy as a table olive.

Fun Fact: The Kalamata olive tree can be easily distinguished from common olive trees by the size of its leaves, which grow to twice the size of other olive varieties!
