Alternate between laying down one tomato slice and one mozzarella slice in a circle formation.
Add a dollop of Sardo Sundried Tomato Tapenade to each tomato slice.
Add a tiny drizzle of olive oil & balsamic vinegar on top.
Sprinkle pinches of sea salt and black pepper all over.
Add all 3 herbs: parsley, basil, and dill (tossed together) to the centre of the dish & serve!
