Preheat the oven to 375 F˚
Put the slices of bread on a baking sheet; brush a light layer of olive oil on each side & bake until golden.
Once toasted, add a tbsp of Sardo Black Olive Tapenade, a thin slice of brie and salami to each.
Poke a toothpick through the middle to hold it all together.
Plate and Serve!
