These savoury black olive crostini are delicious & irresistible! Toasted sliced baguette topped with Sardo black olive tapenade, brie & salami.

What you need

Ingredients
 1 Baguette(sliced)
 200 g Brie Cheese
 150 g Salami(Mild or Hot)

Preheat the oven to 375 F˚

Put the slices of bread on a baking sheet; brush a light layer of olive oil on each side & bake until golden.

Once toasted, add a tbsp of Sardo Black Olive Tapenade, a thin slice of brie and salami to each.

Poke a toothpick through the middle to hold it all together.

Plate and Serve!
