Chicken and Grilled Mushroom Entrée

 320 g Sardo Premium Select Grilled Forest Mushrooms (reserve oil)
 4 chicken breasts, cooked
 ½ cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
 Garlic, rosemary, oregano, basil (seasoning)
 Salt and pepper to taste

Add 3 tsp of reserved oil to a skillet on medium heat.

Season chicken breasts and place on skillet for 10 min, turning over half-way.

Heat 2 tbsp of reserved oil in skillet.

Place a chicken breast in the centre of each plate, then pour oil equally over each.

Salt and pepper to taste.
