Roll out the puff pastry and slice about 1 inch thick.
Fold the strips of dough accordion style (small to wide).
Add a long skewer to the center starting at the base then through to the top.
Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Add the shredded mozzarella and the rest of your preferred Sardo ingredients to the accordion-style folds.
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
Garnish with a Sardo Olive or Sardo Pearl Onion.
