Corn with Pesto

A favourite summer staple, with a pesto twist.

 4 ears of corn
 ½ jar Sardo Basil PestoOr use another Sardo pesto of your choice.

Bring a pot of water to boil, adding salt to pot if desired.

While water is boiling, prepare corn (if not already prepared) by removing husk and silk.

Once water is boiled, gently place cleaned corn cobs in the pot. Allow corn to boil for 5 - 7 minutes, or until heated through.

Once corn is cooked, carefully remove cobs and dry them by either shaking off the moisture or dabbing with a paper towel.

Evenly spread choice of pesto across corn cobs. Serve.
