Egg Bites: Mushroom Bruschetta, Broccoli & Gouda

These Egg Bites with Sardo Mushroom Bruschetta, Broccoli & Gouda are great for breakfast on the go or an afternoon snack.

What you need

Ingredients
 12 Large Eggs
 12 Cup Cake liners or Oil
 1 Broccoli(micro chopped)
 1 Gouda Cheese (shredded or diced)
 Salt & Pepper

Preheat the oven to 400°F and line your medium-sized muffin tin. (12 eggs make about 12 medium egg bites).

In a large bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper (if desired).

Fill your lined muffin tin about 1/4th then add in 1tbs of Sardo Mushroom Bruschetta, Broccoli and Gouda to each. (add more or less of each depending on preference)

Fill the remaining space with the egg mixture.

Place in oven for 10-12 minutes or until fluffy & golden.

Let cool for 5 minutes & Enjoy!
