Italian Flatbread with Mushrooms

 4 pieces of flatbread, 6" in diameter
 1 package Sardo Grilled Mushrooms, sliced
 1 green pepper, sliced lengthwise
 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded or grated
 14 oz sliced cold cuts of your preference

Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C).

Top one half of each flatbread with preferred cold cuts, Sliced Fire Roasted Peppers, Grilled Mushrooms, green peppers, and mozzarella cheese.

Carefully fold each flatbread so that the empty half covers the topped half.
Tip: use one or more toothpicks to hold your folded flatbread together if necessary.

Place folded flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place baking sheet in oven, and bake for 4-6 minutes, or until cheese is melted.

Let stand for 3 minutes; serve.

Tip: add our Sundried Tomatoes Julienne for some more rustic, Mediterranean flavour.
