Our feta-stuffed jalapeños offer the perfect combination of spicy and smooth — often enjoyed with baguette or on their own. Delicious as that may be, our goal is to help you get creative, so we've added a touch of tapenade, a slice of cucumber and a sprinkle of alfalfa. Eat, entertain and enjoy!

 1 French baguette, cut into 1/2 inch slices
 250 Sardo Jalapeño Stuffed with Feta
 180 Sundried Tomato Tapenade
 1 cucumber, sliced
 Fresh alfalfa sprouts
 1 Fennel (optional)

Carefully slice the stuffed jalapeños.


Slice baguette into pieces 1/2 inch thick.


To each piece of baguette, add a slice of cucumber and fennel.


Add a dollop of sundried tomato tapenade.


Top with a slice of stuffed jalapeño and garnish with alfalfa sprouts.
