Mediterranean Baked Feta

The Canadian company Sardo sent me a box full of their delicious products and it inspired me with this new way of cooking feta in the oven! For my part, it was their olives that made me discover this company. These are the only ones I use and they are really good! We fell in love with their mishmash mixture, which I used in my first baked feta recipe! By @folksandforks

What you need

 1 Block of feta cheese, halved or quartered
 2 Tomatoes cut into cubes
 48 Garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
 2 tbsp Olive oil in small dishes
 Salt and pepper to taste

Let's get Started


Preheat the oven to 400 F.


Place the feta cubes in small individual ovenproof dishes.


Add the rest of the ingredients, then bake for about 25 minutes or until the tomatoes and garlic are roasted.


Serve with slices of toasted bread.
