Place chicken in a large bowl, add bruschetta mix, onions, dill, yogurt, feta and jalapeño tapenade. Season with salt and pepper and mix well
To assemble, lay pita’s flat and top each pita with lettuce and 3 slices of cucumber. Divide the chicken mixture evenly on top
Fold pita together and wrap in parchment for easy transporting and handling. Serve with olives and marinated artichokes
