Mediterranean Nachos

 6 oz tortilla chips
 4 roma tomatoes, diced
 3 green onions, chopped
 1 cup shredded or grated Tex-Mex or Mexican cheese mix
Optional
 ½ lb cooked chicken, shredded or pulled*Try chicken in a BBQ or Chipotle marinade for extra flavour!

Evenly distribute tortilla chips on baking sheet. Scatter tomato, green onions, chicken, cheese, black olives, jalapeño slices, and Chicago Style Bruschetta mix over chips.

Place baking sheet in oven. Broil on medium for 3-5 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes; serve.

Tip: make the nachos your own! Add your favourite Sardo ingredients, like our Select Spicy Jalapeño Shrimp (chopped) to customize your creation.
