Place olives, basil leaves, onion, lemon juice, garlic, and olive oil in blender or food processor. Mix until made into dressing that can be poured.
Pour 1/2 cup of mixture into a large bowl. Add shrimp and toss.
Add remainder of mixture to salad greens; toss.
Split greens into desired portions and top with shrimp coated in mixture, tomato, celery, green pepper, red onion, and parsley (to taste). Ensure salad is tossed thoroughly and serve.
