What you need

Ingredients
 1 Head of Lettuce
 6 Slices of Prosciutto (crispy)
 4 tbsp Crispy Onions
 Parmesan Cheese
 Olive Oil
 Balsamic Vinegar

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Place the slices of prosciutto on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper & bake till crispy (10 minutes).

In a large salad bowl, add the torn washed lettuce leaves.

Add 1 Cup of Sardo Mushroom Bruschetta.

Sprinkle the crispy prosciutto, grated parmesan and crispy onions into the salad.

Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad.
