Drain the Sardo Marinated Octopus Salad then add it to a large mixing bowl.
Combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper in that same bowl. Sprinkle on your chives and dill for some garnish, set aside.
Butter both sides of your hot dog buns, set aside.
Heat a large pan over the stove and place your hot dog buns down until a golden colour appears on both sides of the buns.
Remove from heat, place your bed of butter lettuce down first; followed by your octopus mixture and extra garnish of chives/dill.
Add two pieces of lemon for garnish and serve with a side of your favourite potato chips!
