Olive Bruschetta Crostini

Enjoy a glass of wine and small bites like this olive bruschetta Crostini!

Another one of our simple recipes; which only takes a few ingredients. If you have no baguette on hand, you can use crackers of your choice, it will be as delicious.

 1 bruschetta olive from Sardo
 1 baguette cut into ½ inch thick slices
 3 tbsp olive oil
 2 tbsp lemon zest (optional)
 2 tbsp fresh basil finely chopped

Preheat the oven to 375 F˚

Place the slices of bread on a baking sheet; with a kitchen brush spread olive oil on each slice.

Bake in the oven for 10 minutes

Remove from the oven and allow to cool at room temperature

Add about 1 teaspoon bruschetta for each slice of bread

Top with lemon zest and basil if desired
