Pesto Mini-Pizza

Quick and easy pesto mini pizzas shaped as hearts, you can use a cookie cutter or simply draw a heart on parchment paper and use it as a template. Use the tip of the knife and trace the shape of the heart in the dough.

 1 Store-bought pizza dough
 ¼ cup Sardo Basil Pesto
 ½ cup Sardo green are Black Olives Sliced
 2 Tomatoes cut into small cubes cut into small cubes
 Fresh basil finely chopped

• Remember to thaw your pizza dough ball the night before

• Remove the dough from its packaging and place it on a floured surface

• Spread the dough as much as possible, you can use the dough roller to make it more uniform

• Cut the dough into a heart shape if desired.

• Spread pesto on each mini-pizza

• Add the cheese on top.

• Bake at 375F˚ for 15 minutes
