This Greek-inspired pie combines the mild and mellow flavours of tomato and kalamata olives with the comforting aroma of garlic and basil leaves. What you need

Ingredients
 1 pizza shell
 1 Jar of Tomato sauce
 1 pkg shredded mozzarella
 1 tomato, sliced
 1 garlic clove, chopped fine & fresh basil
 1 Package of Prosciutto

Let's get Started

Preheat oven (use centre rack) at 400ºF/200ºC.

Top your pizza shell with sauce leaving a ½” border.

Add shredded mozzarella, sliced tomato, garlic and pitted olives.

Place in oven.

Once cooked, remove from the oven and add prosciutto and garnish with fresh basil.
