Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Wash the asparagus spears and trim about 1-2 inches off the tough ends.
Place the trimmed asparagus on a baking sheet.
In a small bowl, combine the minced Sardo Garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and olive oil. Mix well.
Spread the asparagus out in an even layer on the baking sheet. Drizzle the lemon garlic mixture over the asparagus on the baking sheet; coat evenly.
Season the asparagus with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
Roast in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes.
Remove the roasted asparagus from the oven and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the hot asparagus.
