What you need

Ingredients
 1 Sardo Roasted Red Peppers(drained and chopped)
 1 ½ cups Monterey Jack cheese(shredded)
 8 oz Package cream cheese(softened)
 2 cloves Garlic(minced)
 2 tbsp Onion(minced)
 1 tbsp Whole grain mustard
 ½ tsp Salt
 1 pinch of Black pepper
 Crackers, a baguette or pita

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

In a baking dish, mix all ingredients together.

Bake 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly.
