Salad with Broccoli and Marinated Artichokes

A colourful and flavourful broccoli salad!
This recipe is quick and simple, but with the added ingredients you end up with a salad with an exceptional taste that will appeal to all your guests.

 1 Broccoli in florets
 1 Sardo Marinated Artichoke
 3 tbsp Capers
 ¼ cup Sunflower Seeds
 ¼ cup Pomegranate seeds
 2 tbsp Olive Oil
 1 tbsp Honey

• Blanch the broccoli for 5 minutes in boiling water

• Add the broccoli in a bowl with all the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

• Add salt and pepper to taste
