What you need

Ingredients
 ½ cup Melted butter
 18 Slices of bread(about one loaf)
 5 Slices of cheddar cheese
 5 Slices of white cheddar cheese
 5 Slices of marble cheese
 8 Slices of ham
 1 Boneless, skinless chicken breast, grilled and sliced
 8 Slices of roast beef

Let's get Started

Directions

Preheat the oven to 400°F

Spread half of the melted butter onto a large sheet tray.

Lay 9 slices of the bread onto the sheet pan (overlap the edges.)

Olive Bruschetta Panini:
Place 5 slices of cheddar cheese on the bread, 8 slices of ham, and 7-10 Tbsp of Sardo Olive Bruschetta.

Chicago Style Panini:
Place 5 slices of White Cheddar Cheese, all of the cooked shredded chicken breast, and 7-10 Tbsp of Sardo Chicago Style Bruschetta

Roasted Yellow & Red Pepper Panini:
Place 5 Slices of Marble Cheese, 8 slices of roast beef, and 7-10 Tbsp of Sardo Roasted Yellow & Red Peppers

Lay another 9 slices of the bread on top, to close the sandwiches (overlap the edges.)

Spread the remaining melted butter over top of the bread.

Place a second sheet pan over all the sandwiches. Use a heavy oven safe object (like a cast iron pan), to squish the sandwiches.

Bake for 25 minutes. Remove the heavy objects and the top sheet pan, and bake for another 10 minutes or until the bread is golden brown.

Remove the sandwiches from the oven, slice into squares, serve and enjoy!
