Cut the tortilla shells into quarters.
Place 1 quarter in each cup of the muffin tin and fold to make a cup shape. Bake at 350 for 3-5 minutes or until golden.
Once baked, add 1 tbsp scoop of guacamole cup and 1 Sardo Marinated Shrimp (your flavour of choice) to each tortilla cup.
