Sundried Tomato Hummus

Serve it with a good portion of raw vegetables or crackers! This sundried tomatoes hummus is also delicious, spread on a toasted bagel with arugula on top. Enjoy! @nobleveggies

What you need

Ingredients
 1 ½ cups canned chickpeas
 ¼ cup tahini
 1 tsp garlic, minced
 2 tbsp tomato paste
 1 tbsp olive oil
 1 lemon, juiced

Drain and rinse chickpeas.

Add all ingredients to blender, and mix until smooth.

Serve with crackers and raw veggies for dipping.
