Cook pasta according to instructions on its packaging. Add salt to boiling water.
Sauté sausage, 1 tbsp olive oil, garlic, onions, and sauce in a skillet over high heat. Continue until sausage is cooked through and slightly browned.
Drain pasta and add sausage with sauce, sundried tomatoes, and Parmesan cheese. Add salt & pepper to taste and garnish with basil leaves. Serve.
