Preheat your oven to 400° F.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In 6 different sections drizzle the hot honey right onto the parchment paper.
Place 2 Sardo Jalapeño Slices to each section of hot honey.
Then add 2 halves of bacon slices & shredded cheese to each pile.
Once all your incidents have been piled up add the Puff Pastry Shell over top.
Pinch down the edges with a fork & lightly brush with egg wash.
Place in the oven for 12-15 minutes.
Once baked, flip each one over & let cool for a few minutes.
