Light lunch fare that's quick and easy to prepare, with kalamata olives and pesto for extra flavour.
Lay tortilla (or flatbread, if you prefer) on a flat surface. Spread kalamata pesto around the perimeter in a strip around 1/2 inch thick.
Lay out chicken/turkey breast so that it reaches or overlaps the kalamata pesto. Add provolone cheese, tomato slices, lettuce, and kalamata olives.
Fold the tortilla in half, then fold both sides into the centre. Roll into a tight wrap, using toothpicks to hold its structure if necessary. Slice into preferred portions and serve.
